About
I got Bsc degree from Ege University(Turkey), Faculty of Science , Biology ( Fundamental and Industrial Microbiology Section) and master degree from same university and department. I am pursuing my PhD studies in Italy.
Additionaly, I am reviewer of Journal of Food Science and Engineering
Interest areas
-Isolation, cultivation, identification and fermentation of microorganisms and extremophiles.
-Enzymatic screening (protease, lipase, DNAse, Esterase)
-Enzymatic activity analysis especially protease.
-Genomik DNA isolation, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, Polymerase Chain Reaction
-Annotation of DNA Sequence Analysis, Using Bioinformatic tools.
-Production, extraction of Bioplastic (Polybetahydroxybutyrate) from microorganisms and from extremely halophilic archaea
-Microbiological analysis of foods
